Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secured buildings in Conesville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential addresses and offices located near the village's industrial perimeter. Provide specific gate codes or building numbers at checkout if the property is located within a secured utility or warehouse complex. These details ensure our drivers find the correct entrance on properties that share access roads with heavy equipment sites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and how does the layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the open residential layout of the village. Because many properties lack covered entries or natural windbreaks, we require a contact number for the recipient. We use this to verify if someone is present to accept the delivery directly to avoid exposing the arrangement to the wind.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a spot hidden from the main road. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a bloom of equal value that maintains the requested color scheme. Providing a recipient phone number helps us navigate properties where the front door is not visible from the street.
