Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices, funeral homes, or medical suites?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to senior living complexes or multi-wing medical suites, you must provide the specific building letter and room number at checkout. This allows the driver to navigate spread-out parking lots and locate the correct entrance immediately. Providing a department name ensures the arrangement is left at the proper reception desk or secure intake area.

Question 2

How does the city layout affect the way my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box to accommodate both standard residential streets and properties with long, set-back driveways. If the house is not visible from the main road or has a private access lane, include those details at checkout. This direct hand-off ensures the flowers are placed at the primary entrance or a designated side door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered porch area or with a neighbor on closely spaced residential streets. If a specific stem is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve delivery delays for homes with gated driveways or restricted property access.
