Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Tiro?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this area involve a mix of small-town storefronts and residential properties set on deep lots. You must enter specific porch or side-door instructions at checkout to help the driver identify the correct building. These details are necessary because many homes are positioned far from the main roadway.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to accommodate the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the rural layout and open residential access of the area. Drivers pull directly into gravel or paved driveways to bring the arrangement to the door. Providing a description of the property entrance prevents delays when a home is not easily accessible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will find a sheltered spot on the porch to protect the arrangement from the wind common to these open, flat properties. If a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a similar variety that matches the original style. A working phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm the location of houses that are partially hidden by trees or distance.
