Question 1

How do I ensure successful delivery to office buildings or medical centers in Brooklyn?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific floor, department name, or room number for deliveries to the city’s large corporate campuses and skilled nursing facilities. Security desks at major office complexes often require a recipient's direct extension to allow entry. Including these details ensures the driver can navigate past main reception areas to the correct desk or bedside.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and apartments throughout the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of busy commercial corridors and compact residential streets. For homes with fenced-in front yards or side-porch entrances, please note the preferred drop-off point at checkout. If the building has a secured buzzer system, providing the entry code prevents the driver from being unable to access the lobby.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a neighbor if the house is on a street with high foot traffic. When specific flowers are unavailable, we substitute them with blooms of equal value that maintain the original design’s shape and color. Including a recipient's phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at gated residential driveways or secured corporate gates.
