Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and small businesses in Lavallette?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local medical clinics or small professional offices require specific suite numbers and entrance locations. For the many homes built on pilings, please indicate which staircase leads to the primary entry at checkout. Including a phone number is essential for accessing properties with gated driveways or narrow residential lanes.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a beach community residence?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all orders to ensure they stay upright on the steep stairs and high decks typical of this beach community. The town’s layout consists of a tight grid between the ocean and the bay, making precise location details necessary for navigation. Identifying whether the property is on the ocean-side or bay-side of the highway helps us manage deliveries on one-way streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at the house, we find a sheltered spot away from direct wind and salt spray. If a particular flower is not in stock, we use a substitute of equal value that preserves the look of the arrangement. Providing a mobile number for the recipient helps us locate seasonal rental units that may be difficult to identify from the street.
