Question 1

How do I ensure delivery reaches the correct house in this barrier island community?

Accepted Answer

Normandy Beach is a narrow strip of land where houses are situated on either the ocean side or the bay side of the central thoroughfare. At checkout, provide the street address and specify which side of the peninsula the residence is on. This detail is necessary to navigate the high-density residential grid and find the correct location among the closely spaced beach houses.

Question 2

How does the layout of this coastal town affect the delivery method?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the door to avoid the wind and salt air exposure common to this coastal environment. Since many properties are built on elevated pilings, please note if the arrangement should be left at a ground-level entry or a specific upper-deck staircase. These instructions help us manage the limited street parking and narrow access paths between properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the arrangement is placed in a shielded spot to stay clear of the wind and street-side foot traffic on these compact lots. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value that maintains the original design. Providing a secondary contact number or a gate code for multi-unit residential buildings reduces the risk of a failed delivery.
