Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secured residential properties?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to hillside residences or waterfront professional suites, enter the specific floor and suite number at checkout. Provide gate codes for any secured residential properties situated along the harbor. This ensures the driver can navigate steep, winding roads and reach the correct door without delay.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient and are never shipped in cardboard boxes. For Victorian-style homes on narrow streets, specify if the delivery should be left at a side door or a specific porch area. Detailed instructions help drivers find the correct entrance on properties where the house sits significantly above or below street level.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver places the arrangement on a porch or in a foyer protected from coastal wind. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar bloom of equal value. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues for homes with long, uphill driveways.
