Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Orwell?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical clinics and funeral homes are made directly to the reception desk or the main service entrance. For homes on large rural lots or those set back from the road, include the house number and any gate codes at checkout. This helps the driver locate the correct property in areas where the front door is not visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the mix of village storefronts and outlying residential properties. Because many homes here have deep front yards and open porches, please specify if there is a preferred side entrance for drop-offs. This ensures the driver finds the best access point for properties without a direct sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a sheltered spot on the porch or leaves a note if the property is gated. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate long driveways and addresses that are difficult to see from the street.
