Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this residential suburb go to single-family homes with deep front lawns or professional suites along the main boulevard. For office buildings, provide the specific suite number and floor to help the driver find the correct entrance among the converted residential-style structures. If sending to a house, specify if the delivery should go to a side door or a front porch set back from the street.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the steep front inclines and winding stone walkways common to the local topography. Drivers carry the flowers directly to the door rather than leaving them near the street or mailbox. Providing specific access details for properties with long driveways or side-entry garages helps ensure a successful drop-off.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver will place the flowers in a sheltered spot on a side porch or behind landscaping to keep them out of view from the sidewalk. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's size and shape. Including a recipient phone number is necessary to coordinate access for homes with restricted front entry or secondary gates.
