Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals and offices in Dayton?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to Dayton’s large-scale medical campuses require a specific wing name and room number to navigate the multiple separate entrances. For downtown office towers, include the floor number and specify if the building has a central security desk. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct desk or department within these expansive facilities.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's different layouts?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate Dayton’s mix of dense urban streets and sprawling suburban developments. For deliveries to gated communities or apartment buildings with electronic entry, you must provide the gate code at checkout. This allows the driver to bypass perimeter fences and place the flowers directly at the recipient’s front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver places the arrangement in a secure spot, such as behind a porch pillar, to keep it hidden from the street. For downtown deliveries with restricted elevator access, the driver calls the recipient to arrange a hand-off in the lobby. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original size and color.
