Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Ramsey?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, downtown apartments, and the large corporate office campuses located along the highway corridor. For office deliveries, provide the suite number and mention if the building requires check-in at a central reception desk. For healthcare facilities, include the specific wing or department name so the delivery reaches the correct administrative area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and what details are needed for the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the concentrated downtown area to the wider suburban residential streets. Provide specific instructions if the home has a long driveway, a side entrance, or a gated property line. These details help our drivers navigate residential layouts and ensure the flowers are placed at the correct door.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the flowers in a sheltered spot like a covered porch or a side door to keep them out of sight from the street. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original shape and color. Including a local phone number for the recipient allows us to coordinate access for deliveries to secured corporate buildings or multi-tenant properties.
