Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Normandy?

Accepted Answer

Our drivers deliver directly to the central reception or designated staff desks for the large educational campuses and institutional centers in this city. You must provide a specific building name and department or room number to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance among the various campus facilities. For residential properties with deep setbacks or long driveways, please include instructions on where the package can be safely left.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the winding private roads and pedestrian-heavy zones found throughout the local academic and religious properties. This method allows our drivers to park and walk to specific office hubs or residential porches that are not accessible by standard delivery trucks. Providing a gate code or a specific entry point description helps us avoid delays when accessing secured residential or institutional sites.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there to receive the flowers at a secured campus building or a multi-unit property, our driver will attempt to leave the order with a central mailroom or front desk. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that preserves the original color and size of the arrangement. Including the recipient’s mobile number is the most effective way to prevent a failed delivery at buildings with restricted lobby access.
