Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Jennings?

Accepted Answer

In Jennings, we deliver to single-family homes, senior care centers, and local office clusters. For multi-unit apartment complexes or senior living facilities, you must provide the specific building letter and apartment number. This information allows drivers to move through the secured gate systems and lobby buzzers found in the city’s larger residential sites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to navigate the residential driveways and garden-style apartment layouts of Jennings. For homes with fenced yards or gated access, please include the entry code or specific instructions in your order. This allows the delivery to reach the front porch directly rather than being left at a street-side gate.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a secure porch or a neighbor to accept the delivery, as most Jennings streets have open residential access. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a similar stem of equal value to keep the arrangement’s size and shape. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps resolve navigation issues at multi-building apartment complexes or gated properties.
