Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large campuses and medical centers in Ferguson?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city’s sprawling educational campuses and multi-wing medical facilities are routed through central reception desks or designated mailrooms. You must provide the specific building name, wing, and room number to ensure the flowers reach the correct department. Including the recipient’s direct phone number helps us navigate the security protocols common in these large institutional properties.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for residential streets and multi-family buildings?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the mix of deep-set residential porches and secured apartment lobbies found throughout the city. Residential layouts include long driveways and side-entry porches, so please note if there is a preferred entrance. This direct method ensures the arrangement is placed safely at the specific unit rather than left at a distant curb or mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a house or secure complex?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we find a sheltered spot on the porch or leave the flowers with a neighbor to avoid leaving them on exposed, street-facing steps. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a variety of equal value that matches the original color and size. Providing gate codes or apartment entry sequences prevents delivery failures at the city's many secured multi-family residential complexes.
