Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to secured buildings and professional offices?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to residential units near the government perimeter or within secured complexes require a recipient phone number and specific building numbers. You must enter the exact unit or gate information at checkout so the driver can pass through security checkpoints. These details ensure your order is not turned away at restricted access points.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered as prepared arrangements, never sent in a shipping box. Because of the town's compact residential layout, please specify if the property has a porch or a side entrance. This helps the driver place the flowers in a secure spot that is not visible from the sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a protected area on the premises. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal or higher value that matches the original style. Including the recipient's mobile number helps us navigate properties with fenced-in yards or restricted driveway access.
