Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices and medical centers in Mount Vernon?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main intake desks at the medical campus and the central administrative offices of the local university. You must provide the specific department name and room number at checkout so the courier can navigate the correct building entrance. This information ensures the flowers reach the internal office rather than being left in a public lobby.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box?

Accepted Answer

No, all flowers are hand-delivered as finished arrangements to both the downtown storefronts and the surrounding residential streets. For deliveries near the central city square, couriers park and walk the flowers to the door to manage the limited street-side access. Provide any specific porch instructions at checkout for residences with long walkways or multi-unit entries.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier identifies a secure spot on the porch and leaves a physical notification at the door. When a specific flower is out of stock, the designer uses a replacement of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Including a phone number for the recipient allows the courier to call for instructions if a professional office or secured building is locked.
