Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Moorestown?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both multi-story corporate complexes and residential estates with long private driveways. Include the specific suite number for office parks and any gate access codes for set-back properties at checkout. This information allows the driver to reach the correct desk or entrance without searching large grounds.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered throughout the city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of narrow historic street parking and wide suburban roads. For deliveries in the dense central district, specify if there is a side entrance or preferred loading zone. This helps the driver navigate limited curbside access while keeping the arrangement upright.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure spot out of view from the street, which is necessary for the town's many open residential lawns. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a blossom of equal value and similar appearance. Including a local phone number helps us contact the recipient if we encounter a locked corporate lobby or a gated driveway.
