Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Riverside?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of the town's medical center and local funeral homes. For the many older homes that have been converted into multi-family apartments, you must provide the specific unit number and any door codes for entry. These details allow the driver to navigate shared hallways and reach the correct interior door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered because the narrow streets and lack of private driveways make boxed shipping impractical. Drivers require specific instructions for properties where the front door opens directly onto the public sidewalk. Providing a secondary contact number ensures the driver can coordinate the hand-off if street parking is restricted near the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighbor to prevent leaving it on a street-facing porch. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and size. Accurate phone numbers for the recipient help us resolve access issues at properties that lack secure side-yards or gated rear entries.
