Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to all addresses in Delanco?

Accepted Answer

Delivery covers the residential streets near the riverfront and the industrial park areas located inland. For commercial addresses, enter the building letter or suite number to help the driver find the correct entrance point. Residential orders must include a house number to help identify the correct property within the town’s dense street grid.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the door of residences or the reception desks of local businesses. Drivers use street parking to access homes and walk the arrangements to the front porch or main entrance. Providing details about fenced yards or porch steps ensures the driver can safely place the delivery at the home.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver identifies a secure location on the porch that is not visible from the main roadway. When a specific flower is out of stock, a similar stem of equal value is used to complete the design. Sharing the recipient’s contact number allows the driver to coordinate delivery if a driveway or front walk is obstructed.
