Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to medical campuses and gated communities in Lakewood?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city’s large medical campuses and gated residential developments require specific entry details at checkout. Enter the exact wing or building name for healthcare complexes and any necessary gate codes for private communities. These details enable the driver to navigate past central security and reach the intended recipient’s specific location.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the different types of properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the city's combination of dense multi-family residences and spread-out industrial parks. Provide a suite number for office complex deliveries or an apartment number for high-density housing units to ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance. Accurate unit and floor details are required because many residential streets contain multiple separate buildings sharing a single access point.

Question 3

What happens if a delivery cannot be completed at a secured building or office?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a secured building or gated complex, the driver uses the provided phone number to coordinate a safe hand-off. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to fulfill the order. Including a direct mobile number or extension helps prevent delivery failures at the city's major medical centers and corporate headquarters.
