Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the township’s gated adult communities and professional suites, provide the gate entry code or office suite number during checkout. This information allows the driver to pass through security kiosks and reach the specific residential or office door. Without these details, security personnel often prevent entry to the private streets or medical complexes.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered directly to the door, never shipped in a box. The sprawling suburban layout and long, wooded driveways mean we must verify the house number is clearly visible from the main road. If the residence is located within a complex, specify if the front door is accessible or if a secondary entrance is required.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure spot on the porch, as the distance between residential properties prevents quick return trips. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that matches the original color and style. Providing the recipient's phone number is necessary to coordinate access for homes with restricted perimeter gates or long private drives.
