Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the medical campus on the town border and the residential homes along the streets lit by gas lamps. Provide the specific wing or department name for hospital orders at checkout. This information helps couriers navigate the different entrances of the healthcare facility.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient and are never sent in a box. Because many homes in this borough have deep front lawns and narrow driveways, couriers walk the arrangement directly to the door. Include any specific instructions if the house has a side entrance or a preferred porch location.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier places the flowers on the porch or leaves the item with a neighbor. If a flower variety is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to match the original design. Listing a gate code or a secondary phone number prevents delays at properties with restricted access.
