Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices and medical centers?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large medical campuses and highway office complexes in this area require a specific building number, wing name, and room or suite. You must provide these details at checkout so the courier can navigate the multiple professional entrances and secure lobbies found throughout the township. These specific location details ensure the flowers reach the correct desk or patient room rather than being left at a general reception desk.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential areas?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the local mix of narrow historic streets and sprawling suburban developments with long driveways. Provide gate codes or specific instructions for homes set back from the road to help the courier find the main entrance. Hand-delivery allows the courier to manage the specific parking and access challenges found in both the town center and the surrounding residential zones.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

The courier will look for a sheltered area, such as a side entrance or a covered porch common to many local home designs. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a stem of equal value that maintains the same look. Including the recipient’s phone number helps resolve access issues for properties with gated entries or restricted driveway access.
