Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and specialized facilities in Farmingdale?

Accepted Answer

Farmingdale contains a mix of detached residential homes and sprawling commercial business parks. At checkout, provide the specific suite number or building letter for deliveries to professional offices to help the driver locate the correct entrance in multi-unit complexes. For funeral services, include the name of the deceased so the driver can coordinate the delivery directly with the service director.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered and never shipped in a cardboard box. Since many area properties feature long driveways or are set back significantly from the main road, the driver needs unobstructed access to the front door. Please provide any security gate codes or instructions for finding entrances that are not visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues reaching the recipient?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a residential address, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded spot near the primary entrance. If a specific flower is not in stock, a florist will use a similar bloom of equal value to complete the arrangement. A recipient phone number is required to resolve access issues at properties with perimeter fencing or gated entries.
