Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of addresses in Waynesville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to historic storefronts, residential homes, and funeral chapels throughout the village and surrounding rural roads. Provide the specific shop name for downtown deliveries or gate codes for properties with long, private driveways outside the village core. These details help us navigate the mix of street-front businesses and set-back residences.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to ensure they arrive safely in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the pedestrian-heavy historic district and rural residential layouts. For homes with shared porches or side-entry mudrooms common in older village houses, please note the preferred drop-off spot at checkout. This ensures the arrangement is placed securely and out of the way of sidewalk foot traffic.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or flower availability?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not available, we leave the arrangement with a next-door neighbor or in a secure area away from the main village street. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same color palette. Including the recipient's phone number helps us coordinate access for properties with secured gates or deep setbacks.
