Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and offices in Allenwood?

Accepted Answer

Many properties in this area are situated on large, wooded lots with long driveways that are set back significantly from the main road. At checkout, provide specific descriptions of the driveway entrance or any gate codes needed to access the residence. These details ensure the driver can locate the front door of secluded homes where house numbers may not be visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the spread-out layout of local residential streets and private estates. Because homes are often separated by dense trees or long private drives, hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the primary entrance. Provide instructions for side-door access or porch locations if the main entrance is restricted by a gate or long walkway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will look for a secure spot at the entrance, as the distance between neighbors makes leaving items at a nearby house difficult. Providing a recipient's phone number is necessary to coordinate access for properties with long, private drives or locked gates. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety of equal value is used to maintain the design.
