Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different locations in Killbuck?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the clustered residences within the village and to the sprawling properties on the surrounding rural hills. For homes set back from the road or located on unpaved lanes, please provide specific instructions regarding driveway access or house visibility. For businesses along the main thoroughfare, include the building side or specific entrance door to ensure the driver finds the correct office.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by drivers who navigate both the paved village streets and the gravel routes on the outskirts. Because this area consists of open-access properties without secured lobbies or concierges, we deliver directly to the front porch or a designated side entrance. Clear descriptions of the property layout help our drivers complete the delivery without having to turn around on narrow rural roads.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers in a protected area on the porch, as most local residences lack shared indoor entryways. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the style of your order. Providing the recipient’s phone number is vital for properties where the house is obscured by trees or sits far from the main mailbox.
