Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Burlington Township?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the sprawling healthcare and rehabilitation campuses near the highway corridors, include the specific building number and wing. Many residential areas here consist of secured townhome communities that require a gate code for entry. Providing these details allows the driver to navigate past security desks and perimeter gates.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area, and how does the township layout affect the process?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township’s mix of deep-set suburban driveways and multi-unit complexes. Please specify if the home is located within a cul-de-sac or a neighborhood with restricted street parking. This information helps the driver find the correct entrance among the winding residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or if there are access issues?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a house, the driver will place the flowers in a secure area protected from the street view of the suburban lot. For deliveries to the township’s office complexes or medical centers, the item is left with the designated front desk or security personnel. A valid phone number for the recipient is required to resolve entry issues at gated properties.
