Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Barrington?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the professional offices along the high-traffic commercial corridor and the single-family homes on the residential side streets. For office buildings, provide the suite number and the name of the person at the front desk. For residential deliveries, please specify if the home is a multi-unit converted house to ensure we find the correct entrance.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what happens with the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by a person to ensure the arrangement stays upright and intact. Because many homes here are set on small lots very close to the street, we prioritize placing items on covered porches or behind steps. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps us navigate properties where the front door is located directly on the sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem reaching the recipient or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the arrangement in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor in your immediate residential block. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety of equal value. Including a gate code or specific instructions for side-entry porches prevents failed delivery attempts in this compact layout.
