Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to secured buildings or medical facilities in Keansburg?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to secured apartment complexes or senior living buildings in this borough, please provide the specific unit number and any building entry codes. Our drivers need these details to navigate the dense residential layout and reach the correct interior door or lobby desk. Including a phone number for the recipient allows us to coordinate with staff if a main entrance is locked.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes on the narrow streets of this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered because many properties here are built on small lots very close to the sidewalk. We avoid boxed shipping to ensure the arrangement is placed directly on a porch or side entrance away from the street. Providing details about a side door or gate helps our drivers find a safe spot that is not visible from the public walkway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we often contact a nearby neighbor to accept the delivery since houses in this area are positioned close together. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a similar flower of equal value to maintain the style of the arrangement. Accurate contact information for the recipient helps us resolve delivery issues quickly if a front gate is locked or street access is limited.
