Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Aberdeen Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to professional plazas along the main commercial corridors require a suite number and business name at checkout. For garden-style apartment complexes, you must include the specific building letter and unit number. These details ensure the driver finds the correct entry door within these spread-out residential layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes and secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to ensure it reaches the recipient at their home or office. In suburban neighborhoods, flowers are left on a porch if the driver determines it is a safe location. For secured residential buildings, providing an entry code or instructions for the front desk allows the driver to complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a professional office, the driver will leave the flowers with the front desk or receptionist. If the specific floral variety is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to maintain the look of the arrangement. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate complex residential courts or locate specific building entrances.
