Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in this city?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family residences, sprawling garden apartment complexes, and multi-wing medical centers. You must include the specific building letter and unit number for garden apartments to ensure the driver finds the right entrance among multiple structures. For medical facilities, providing the specific station or wing name is necessary for front-desk acceptance.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential and commercial addresses?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to account for the city's suburban layout and commercial corridors. For properties located along high-traffic thoroughfares, please indicate if there is a specific driveway or side-street access point. This detail helps the driver safely reach the door without blocking traffic on busy roads.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the arrangement on a protected porch or with a central leasing office. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement that matches the original size and color palette. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us manage entry into secured residential clusters or restricted medical wards.
