Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large residential campuses and medical offices in Woodbine?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the multi-building state residential complexes or medical centers, you must provide the specific cottage name or building letter at checkout. These sprawling facilities have several separate entrances and housing wings that are not connected. Providing the exact unit number allows the driver to locate the correct reception area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes and rural properties across the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to navigate the local layout of homes with long driveways and large lots. Please provide any necessary gate access codes or details about house placement for properties set deep in wooded areas. This ensures the flowers reach the porch rather than being left at a distant roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a sheltered area on the property or contact a neighbor to take the delivery. Since many local houses are on open, rural lots, we avoid leaving items where they are visible from the main road. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value and similar color.
