Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and senior living centers in Windsor Heights?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of the multi-story professional suites and senior living complexes located along the main commercial corridors. For residential addresses on the interior wooded streets, please specify if the home is set back from the road or has a long driveway. Entering the exact suite or unit number at checkout allows the driver to use the correct secure intercom or staff entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to ensure they arrive safely given the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the transition between the high-traffic thoroughfares and the quiet, winding residential roads. This method allows the driver to find specific unit doors within multi-tenant buildings where boxed shipments are often restricted at the primary entrance. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver confirm access if a building's secure entry system is not responding.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a professional office or senior facility, we leave the flowers with the designated front desk or concierge. For residential properties, the driver will place the gift in a location hidden from the street-level view of passing traffic. If a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a substitution of equal value that preserves the original size and color of the design.
