Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the professional office parks and medical plazas in Urbandale?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the suite number and the department name for all deliveries to business campuses. This information allows the driver to navigate through secure lobbies and find the correct internal desk. Providing a direct floor number helps avoid delays in multi-story professional buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand to residential areas?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of wide suburban lots and gated apartment communities. The driver carries the arrangement directly to the home’s entrance or the building’s reception area. Including a gate code or specific entry instructions is necessary to reach the door in secured residential developments.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery address is a secured building or the recipient is out?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, flowers are left on a sheltered porch or with a designated neighbor. At the city’s corporate offices, the driver will leave the arrangement at the reception desk or with a security officer. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver coordinate entry if they encounter a locked gate or a secured business campus.
