Question 1

How does delivery work for office buildings and medical campuses in Des Moines?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to large medical campuses, provide the specific wing and room number to ensure the flowers reach the patient directly. In high-density office towers connected by elevated walkways, include the floor and suite number for courier access. These details are required because security desks in these buildings often do not accept personal packages without a confirmed recipient location.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in a box to navigate the city's mix of high-rise buildings and suburban streets. For residential deliveries with detached garages or long driveways, please specify the preferred door for placement. Providing a gate code for secured properties allows the courier to complete the delivery without access delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in a secured office building is unavailable, the courier leaves the arrangement with the floor receptionist or building concierge. For residential locations, include a recipient phone number so we can verify if the flowers should be left with a neighbor or at a specific entry point. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a stem of equal value that matches the original color and size.
