Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in West Union?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the single-story medical offices and funeral homes near the town center, provide the suite number or the name of the specific service at checkout. Residential deliveries outside the main town area require a precise street number because many homes are set back significantly from the road. Including specific instructions for long gravel driveways helps the driver identify the correct property entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered rather than boxed to accommodate the mix of clustered residential streets and spread-out rural properties. In the central business district, drivers walk arrangements directly into storefronts or office lobbies. For homes with wide frontages or multiple outbuildings, specify if the delivery should be left at a particular side door or porch area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure location on the porch that is shielded from the street. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the height and color of the design. Providing the recipient's phone number prevents failed deliveries for rural properties where the house is not clearly visible from the main road.
