Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Sardinia?

Accepted Answer

This area consists of a small village center surrounded by rural routes with long, private drives. For deliveries to local health clinics or municipal offices, please include the specific desk or department name at checkout. For rural properties, indicate if there are any gate instructions for the driver to reach the main house.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in the Sardinia area?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from paved village roads to the gravel drives common in this rural layout. Because many houses are set far back from the mailbox or main road, provide instructions on where the driver can safely leave the arrangement. Hand delivery ensures the flowers are placed directly at the door rather than left at a roadside entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered porch or a neighbor willing to accept the delivery. Providing a secondary phone number is helpful for properties where the house is not visible from the road. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same look and color palette.
