Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Upper Deerfield Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential streets, multi-building medical campuses, and industrial sites throughout the township. For deliveries to sprawling office complexes or medical centers, you must provide the specific building letter, suite number, or department name. This information is necessary because many local properties have multiple entrances and are set far back from the main roads.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a local driver to the recipient’s door to ensure they arrive intact. Because the township has many properties with long driveways and homes situated on high-speed rural routes, we do not use boxed shipping. Providing details about gate access or specific driveway entries helps our drivers pull off the road and reach the door safely.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a spot protected from the wind, which is a common factor on these open suburban lots. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety of equal value that matches the original design. Including the recipient's phone number helps us coordinate delivery for homes with perimeter fences or limited visibility from the street.
