Question 1

How does delivery work for the medical campus and local residential addresses?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the medical campus, provide the specific wing and room number at checkout. For residential streets, indicate if the property is a historic home with a side entrance or a standard front-facing door. These details ensure the flowers are accepted at the correct entry point rather than a general loading area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the borough and surrounding rural areas?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to manage the shift from the compact town center to the open rural outskirts. We navigate long private drives and medical facility access roads to reach the recipient. Providing gate codes or porch location details helps avoid delays when properties are set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the flowers on a shaded porch or with a neighbor if the house is close to others in the center of town. If a specific bloom is missing, we use a replacement of equal value that keeps the same visual style. Including a phone number for the recipient helps us locate homes where the mailbox is far from the front door.
