Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to historic homes and rural properties in Greenwich?

Accepted Answer

Provide the full street address and house number to ensure the driver identifies the correct driveway among the large, spread-out agricultural parcels. For historic residences set far back from the road, specifying a side door or porch location helps the driver find the proper entrance. These details prevent missed deliveries in areas where properties are not closely clustered.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential addresses in this low-density area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to ensure they arrive intact at these spaced-out residential sites. The low-density layout allows drivers to pull directly into private driveways for a personal hand-off at the door. Providing gate codes or specific driveway entry instructions is necessary for properties with restricted vehicle access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded spot on a porch or behind a pillar to protect it from the wind common to open farmland. When a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value and similar appearance. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate long private drives if the house is not clearly visible from the main road.
