Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to professional offices and medical centers in Bridgeton?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the county administrative buildings or the medical campus, provide the specific department name and room number. These facilities utilize centralized front desks that require a recipient’s full name to accept the delivery. Including these details ensures the arrangement is signed for and moved to the correct internal location.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the narrow streets and high porches found in the historic residential center. For houses with street-side entrances or shared entryways, specify if there is a preferred side door or porch area. This information helps the driver place the flowers in a secure spot away from the sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if a recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not present at a secured office or a multi-unit residence, the driver will call the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a safe drop-off. When a specific flower is unavailable, a florist replaces it with a stem of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Providing a gate code or a secondary contact number helps avoid the need to return the flowers to the shop.
