Question 1

How do you handle delivery to the large residential estates and gated properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main entrance of private estates and homes with long driveways. At checkout, provide the gate access code or specific instructions for entering the property. These details allow the driver to bypass perimeter security and reach the front door.

Question 2

Will the flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density residential layout of this area. Drivers travel up private driveways to place the arrangement at the primary residence entrance. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties with locked perimeter gates.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access the residence or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a gated entry prevents the driver from reaching the house, they will call the recipient for access instructions. If the house is accessible but no one is home, the driver leaves the gift at the front door. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety to maintain the original scale of the arrangement.
