Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Burlington?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the secure lobbies of riverfront professional buildings and the front desks of gated senior living complexes. You must provide the specific suite or room number at checkout so the courier can pass through security checkpoints. This information prevents the driver from being turned away at the gate or main entrance.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes. Because many historic homes in this city open directly onto the sidewalk without a porch or yard, we prioritize hand-to-hand delivery to a person. Providing a gate code for newer residential developments ensures the driver can reach the front door instead of leaving the flowers at a perimeter fence.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we do not leave arrangements on street-level stoops or public sidewalks where they are exposed to the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including a recipient's phone number allows us to coordinate a safe entry if a building’s street-level door is locked.
