Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical centers and funeral chapels in Palmyra?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver to the senior living complexes and funeral facilities located along the borough's main thoroughfares. You must provide the specific facility wing or room number at checkout so the courier can navigate the various building entrances. These details are necessary to ensure the arrangement is accepted by the correct desk or reception area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with street-front entrances?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the borough’s dense residential layout where front doors often sit directly on the sidewalk. Please specify if there is a side gate or an enclosed porch where the flowers can be placed away from the street. Providing these access details prevents delivery delays caused by limited street-side placement options.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a local residence?

Accepted Answer

The courier will attempt to find a secure porch or foyer typical of the borough’s older housing stock to keep the flowers off the public walkway. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of the same value to maintain the original height and shape of the design. Including the recipient’s phone number allows the driver to confirm access for homes with restricted side yards or narrow lot entries.
