Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to specialized facilities and offices in Seville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception desks of our local professional offices and senior care clusters. Please include the building name and suite or room number at checkout so the driver knows which entrance to use. This information helps us find the right person in these spread-out, low-rise environments.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home in this village?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to manage the long driveways and deep residential setbacks common throughout the area. For homes with porch access, the driver will leave the flowers in a safe spot if no one answers the door. Including specific gate codes or driveway instructions ensures the driver can reach the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers on a porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a different flower of equal value that keeps the same look and size. A working phone number for the recipient allows us to confirm the drop-off location for properties with open road access.
