Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and professional offices in Pennsauken Township?

Accepted Answer

In Pennsauken, we deliver to residential homes and large commercial industrial parks. For deliveries to office complexes or distribution centers, you must provide the suite number and the specific department or building name. These details are necessary for our drivers to navigate gated entry points and multi-building campuses.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at local residences and business complexes. Our drivers navigate the mix of high-traffic industrial corridors and residential blocks to place items directly at the front door or with a receptionist. Providing gate codes or specific instructions for properties with long driveways helps us avoid delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured business or industrial facility is unavailable, we leave the flowers with the designated receptionist or security office. When a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a substitute of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues at properties with locked gate systems or restricted entries.
