Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential buildings in Oxford?

Accepted Answer

Drivers deliver directly to the main reception of professional offices and the front doors of detached residences. You must provide a suite number for office buildings or any specific gate codes for private property entries. This information ensures the driver navigates the township's mix of open street access and secured residential lines correctly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of this township?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to residential porches or business desks rather than being left in mailboxes. Because many properties in this area feature long driveways and houses set back from the road, visible house numbers are required for the driver. Specifying the exact location of a side door or porch helps the driver find the correct drop-off point at these spread-out properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver identifies a shaded spot on the porch or leaves the gift with a neighbor. When a specific bloom is out of stock, a substitution is made using a flower of the same size and color. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver resolve delivery issues when a home is not easily accessible from the public right-of-way.
