Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical campuses and corporate office parks in Maryland Heights?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to these locations by requiring specific suite numbers and department names at checkout. Most commercial buildings in the city have secured lobbies that prevent direct access to individual offices or patient rooms. Including the recipient’s direct phone number allows the courier to coordinate a hand-off at the security desk or reception area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and business layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the mix of sprawling business complexes and residential cul-de-sacs. We require gate codes for the secured apartment communities found throughout the city to ensure the driver can reach the front door. Providing instructions on whether to leave the arrangement at a side porch or a central front desk helps us complete the delivery on the first attempt.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a business or home?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a business address is unavailable, the courier leaves the arrangement with the building’s central reception or designated mailroom. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color and size. Providing a cell phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve entry issues at multi-tenant office buildings or gated residential properties.
