Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Felicity?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches within the village grid and to the main offices of local schools or small businesses. For funeral services, include the name of the deceased so the arrangement is placed correctly in the viewing area. Provide specific instructions for rural properties where the house is set back significantly from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and rural addresses?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at both clustered village homes and outlying farm properties. Drivers navigate the local layout by transition from paved streets to long, unpaved driveways. Including gate codes or landmark descriptions for properties without visible house numbers helps prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the flowers in a sheltered area, such as behind a storm door, to protect them from the wind common in open-field areas. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and scale. A recipient phone number is required to coordinate access for homes located behind secured perimeter gates or long private drives.
